Personalised Heart Projection Keychain
We want to make sure that your Little Shroom product is nothing less than perfect, but we understand that sometimes things are not always 100%. If this is ever the case then we are here and more than happy to help!
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items.
- We hope you can understand that personalised products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with us over at The Little Shroom on Facebook. Please ensure when buying an engraved product you are checking the spellings of names as this is non refundable if incorrect.
A few things to be aware of:
- All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns on personalised items. These include all products in our name it collection. If personalised items are found to be faulty we will be happy to replace them.
- We cannot accept returns on earrings. If earrings are found to be faulty we will again be happy to replace them.
- Returns are processed within five working days of us receiving them back at our office. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.
